This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Aritek ("Company"), governing your use of Aritek ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for its intended purpose, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.
Copy, modify, or distribute the Software.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
Bypass or disable any security features of the Software.
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant User any ownership rights.
Company may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. Any such updates will be governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate agreement. Company is not obligated to provide support services.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement if User fails to comply with any terms. Upon termination, User must cease using and delete all copies of the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Company’s failure to enforce any rights under this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver.
